--- Around an hour ago I finished reading ‘Twilight’ by Stephenie Meyer. It’s wonderful and I’ve already got the follow-up, ‘New Moon’ sitting here waiting for me to start reading. My ‘Mistress’ has finished reading them and has, on my prompting, told me some of the things to expect. I can’t wait to get to the end of the series. I’ve been to see the movie 6 times and I’m not afraid to admit that, lol. I get some funny looks when I inform people of that. But I love this movie. I have a thing for vampires. I love the whole mythology. Stephenie Meyer’s interpretation of that mythology is quite impressive. She’s brought together some of the finer points. The one thing I wish she added was ‘Supernatural’s’ take on vampires...the second set of teeth that descends. But going with the ‘non-fanged’ vampire is also pretty cool and very brutal. With fangs and with the ‘Supernatural’ second set they’re at least sharp and would make a clean entry. No fangs or pointy teeth at all...much more painful. If you’ve read the books or seen the movie or both I’d be interested to hear what you think of ‘Twilight’. I have more on this I want to add...including some pics I like.
